Volume 3 - Targeted Topic - Sports Medicine in Handball

The third Targeted Topic of the Aspetar Sports Medicine Journal focuses on a sport which is perhaps under-represented in the literature - handball. This issue covers a multitude of pathologies encountered in the sport, including ankle, shoulder, elbow, finger, wrist and knee injuries analysed across a variety of sports medicine disciplines. Also included are Sports Science articles on programming high intensity training and strength training in handball, as well as a Sports Pharmacy article on doping in handball.
